This document seems to be authentic. The fact that it does not ask for money in order to learn the secrets suggests that it might be genuine. The ideas in the document also line up with the general clues given over the years as to what was in the system.

Most importantly, as a trader, the ideas ring true. There is an authenticity in the general observations about trading that is difficult to fake.

I also tend to agree with the Dennis quote that you can publish even the best system in a newspaper and people will lose money trying it because they will not have the discipline to follow its rules.

It also acknowledges the big challenge in the Turtle system - the big drawdowns one must sit through in order to catch the big moves that make the whole thing work. It comes back to the inverse relationship between risk and reward. 80% is a huge reward. It can not be acheived without taking a huge risk.
